All information, including supporting videos, is to be submitted online.

*** Go to the Electronic Submission ***

Submission Format: Authors must submit full papers. Paper submissions may be no longer than 10 pages long. ISMAR 04 will accept a limited set of poster presentations. Poster submissions come in the form of 2-page papers, following the same authoring guidelines as paper submissions. Accepted poster submissions will be presented at ISMAR 04 by the authors in poster format, and, in their 2-page form, will be included in the proceedings.

Paper and poster submissions must be formatted for 8.5"x11" paper. Please follow the IEEE Computer Society authoring guidelines (LaTeX style, MS Word template).

Paper and poster submissions must be submitted as Adobe Acrobat PDF files or Postscript files. Optionally, the files can be compressed with zip or gzip.

Video submission. Accompagnying videos should be no longer than 5 minutes, of manageable size (20-30 MB max.) and resolution. They can be submitted as MPG, AVI, or MOV (quicktime), using codecs available with standard players (such as Cinepak, Indeo, MPG, DivX). Note that it will be your responsibility as an author to ensure encoding in a format that the reviewers can view (hint: provide a note which codec was used and a link to download it). There is no guarantee that your video will be considered if there are technical difficulties; un-viewable videos will be discarded in the review process.

How to submit a video: You need to submit your video file(s) separately from the paper, packed as a single .zip file. Choose "ISMAR04-zips" as the track. To link your video submission to your paper submission, make sure the authors on the video submission are identical, and the given title of the video submission is identical to the paper title, with the postfix "- video" added. Example: If your paper is called "My Paper", your video submission title should be "My Paper - video".

Please address questions regarding the submission procedure to the program chairs.
